Sultan Ibrahim Ismail of Johor
- 1958, November 22: Tunku Ibrahim Ismail was born in the Sultanah Aminah Hospital in Johor Bahru to Sultan Iskandar (then Tunku Mahmud Iskandar) and his first wife, Josephine Ruby Trevorrow, an English woman. Trevorrow who took on the name of "Kalsom binti Abdullah" later remarried and lives in England.[1]
- Unknown: Tunku Ibrahim received his early education at Maktab Sultan Abu Bakar (MSAB), subsequently undergoing military training in the United States at Fort Benning, Georgia and later at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
- 1981, July 4 (age 22): Tunku Ibrahim was appointed Tunku Mahkota, the Malay title for "Crown Prince".
- 1982 (age 23): Tunku Ibrahim married Raja Zarith Sofia, the younger daughter of Sultan Idris Shah II of Perak.
- 1984, April 26 (age 25): Tunku Ibrahim became the Regent of Johor until 26 April 1989, when his father served his term as the Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia.
- 1980s: Tunku Ibrahim was convicted of shooting dead a man in a nightclub during a feud, but was quickly pardoned by his father.[2]
- Late 1992 (age 34): Tunku Ibrahim experienced fallouts from the Gomez Incident in which his father and younger brother, Tunku Majid, were accused of two separate but related incidences of assault. These incidents provoked a nationwide moral outrage and ultimately resulted in constitutional amendments, allowing members of the royalty to be prosecuted for criminal wrongdoings. During that period of time, the mainstream press launched a series of vociferous reports on alleged incidents of royal wrongdoings in the past. Tunku Ibrahim was said to have been convicted of at least two cases of assault in the 1980s.[3] This included Rahim Mohd Nor who went so far as to describe his alleged assault by the Tunku as an act of sadism.[4]
- 2005, March (age 46): In a police report lodged by Mohd Yasin, Tunku Ibrahim was accused of assaulting Yasmin (daughter of Mohd Yasin) whom the Tunku accused of two-timing him with another policeman.[5][6]
- 2006, June (age 47): Press reports leaked that Tunku Ibrahim had chalked up RM26,700 worth of unpaid traffic fines since 2000, causing much embarrassment to the crown prince.[7] A subsequent report quoted him settling all his fines.[8]
- 2010, January 23 (age 51): Tunku Ibrahim was installed as the Sultan of Johor upon the demise of his father.

Lanun jadi raja. perangai pun macam lanun. dah kalau Nizar tak tegur, tentu ko bubuh plat WWW1 tu kat kereta lain kan? sbb ko rasa dimalukan, sbb tu ko bubuh kat Satria Neo. hahaha, klu x sbb keturunan engko tu kerabat, dah tentu ko gagal bersaing hidup dgn rakyat tau. rakyat ni lg cerdik la drpd engko.
