penumpang pesawat hilang MH370....jadi apa kejadahnya jadi Pengerusi
Jawantankuasa Waris Penumpang wahai Zainudin ?
Kalau balik pun, tolonglah cerita sedikit mengenai misinya itu. Ini dok senyap-senyap. Akhbar Malaysia pun duk senyap....
The Mole melaporkaan :
The Mole reported last
night that 10 MAS employees have been held hostage at the ballroom of
Lido Hotel located in Beijing for more than eight hours by family
members of passengers who were on the missing airliner MH370.
Sources privy to the matter told The Mole that
the incident took place right after the daily briefing to explain what
was discussed during the press conference conducted by the Malaysian
government this afternoon.
"The families were upset upon
hearing the explanation by MAS staff there (in Beijing) when they were
informed that the unidentified material that was washed ashore in
Augusta southwest coast of Australia is not from MH370," the source
said.
According to the source, it is
standard procedure for MAS staff in Beijing to brief the family members
on what what discussed during the press conference held in Kuala Lumpur.
However, today, the briefing did not
turn out as expected as the 400-odd family members would not accept
that the unidentified object did not come from MH370.
"They refused to listen to the
staff's explanation and demanded that government officials from either
Malaysia or Australia to personally provide them an official statement
on the unidentified object and not via MAS employees," the source said.
It is understood that, the Malaysian
embassy had already been in contact with the families but were shunned
as they would only speak to government officials and not anyone from the
embassy.
Asked on the role of the China's
officials or even hotel staff, the source said : "They will not and have
not been involved, even from the start they were not involved, MAS
staff there have been on their own from day one."
The MAS employees who are held in Beijing have been in contact with their Malaysian counterpart via SMS.
It is learnt that, the employees are
very careful not to make any calls fearing their phones may be
confiscated by the upset family members.
It was reported that
ATSB is confident the unidentified material that was washed ashore in
Augusta, southwest coast of Western Australia was not from the missing
Malaysia Airlines flight MH370.
The Joint Agency Coordination Centre
(JACC) said today that the ATSB, after having examined the detailed
photographs of the material, was satisfied that it was not a lead in
relation to the search for the ill-fated flight.
Flight MH370 bound for Beijing had
239 people aboard. It left the KL International Airport at 12.41 am on
March 8 and disappeared from radar screens about an hour later while
over the South China Sea. It was scheduled to land in Beijing at 6.30 am
on the same day.
Meanwhile, in another incident, MAS
Security supervisor, Kalaichelven Shunmugam was attacked by a Chinese
family member whilst on duty at Lido Hotel in Beijing on Tuesday.
"The airline staff tried to stop an
aggressive family member who demanded access to the secretariat, when
the latter kicked the staff in his left knee."
"Those at the scene managed to
defuse the situation and later brought Kalaichelven to the secretariat
for first aid assistance and the staff sustained only light injury," MAS
stated.
The national carrier had filed a police report following the incident.
