podium and greet the crowd, the master of ceremonies said to her, " Mrs. Disney - I just wish
Walt could have seen this!" Mrs. Disney simply responded " He did!"

read. that's why I listen to tapes. It's why I study. It's why I dialogue with staff, I want o
reduce the " surprise factor" as much as possible - life it self presents enough surprises. even
for the thoroughly prepared. when I fail to prepare in one areas. I set myself up for potential
failure in other ares as a well.
